Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that within 14 days of receiving your product, you can request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, you can contact us at (info@takoscrafts.com). Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

14-day waiting period in the European Union:

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at (info@takoscrafts.com).
